1. 24 hours Return Window
We offer a 24 hours  return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the gemstone is received in a damaged condition.
 
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return claim, a clear, continuous unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package before opening.
• The unboxing process.
• The gemstone and its condition.
• The certificate and invoice.
• Please note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. This policy is in place to protect both parties from transit damage disputes and fraudulent claims. 
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized silver or gold designs, made-to-order jewelry, and engraved items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
 
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging with the certificate and invoice.
 
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a damaged gemstone, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email with your unboxing video. Our team will review the video and guide you through the return process.
 
6. Refund & Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the damage is verified from our end.
